Comma after if so?

I think (I have no idea why) there should be a comma after so in the following. Am I correct or not?

If so, are they different from each other?

In light of the possible duplicate, is If so an introductory clause?

Possible duplicate: Comma after if not?

Yes, you are exactly correct. Both of these sentences are punctuated correctly:

If so, are they different from each other?

It is also the same basic issue addressed in Comma after if not?
