Not sure how to asnwer that kind of question, but here’s a try.
- “On”, nasal vowel, no consonnant
- “pardonne”, the o is open, the e is mute
- “tant”, “an” is another nasal vowel, the trailing t is mute
- “que”, nothing specific
- “l'on”, as the first word with an additional leading l
- link do pronounce an n here as a liaison to next word
- “aime”, as in emm

To add to this: curve your mouth as if to say O for “On” and pronounce “pardonne” with par- sounding similar or the “pir” of pirate and the O sound being close to dome.
